This data is extracted from the Government website www.ndis.gov.au, and has undergone significant clean-up to remove duplicate records, fake outlets that don't exist, errors and breaches of privacy e.g. displaying the street address of a SIL home. It is possible that errors still exist in this data.
If you are a provider and see any errors, you can Claim your profile and update your record yourself. If you are a consumer and see any errors, please click on Report error and let us know what you see that is incorrect.
