Registration Guide
Creating an account on DSX is quick and easy. Follow this guide to get started.
Account Types
DSX offers different account types depending on your needs:
- Basic User - Free access to browse the provider directory
- Verified Provider - Claim and manage your provider profile
- DSX Member - Full access to member features including surveys and wanted ads
Registration Steps
Step 1: Visit the Login Page
Click the "Login" button in the top navigation bar to access the authentication page.
Step 2: Choose Registration Method
You can register using:
- Email and password
- Google account
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After registering, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Once verified, you can complete your profile with additional information such as:
- Contact details
- Location preferences
- Service interests
For Service Providers
If you're a service provider wanting to claim your profile:
- Register for a basic account first
- Search for your organisation in the provider directory
- Click "Claim this profile" on your listing
- Complete the verification process

Tip: Make sure to use a business email address when claiming a provider profile. This helps verify your association with the organisation.

- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support if issues persist

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.
