Before You Begin

DSX membership is designed for small to medium NDIS providers who are committed to transparency, quality, and ethical service delivery. Our cooperative model relies on mutual trust and shared values.

Please review the eligibility criteria below. You must meet ALL requirements to proceed with your DSX membership application.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

Your organization must have active NDIS registration and be in good standing with the Commission.

Annual NDIS revenue less than $30 million

DSX membership is designed for small to medium providers. Large organizations with revenue exceeding $30M are not eligible.

No suspensions or bans from NDIS

Neither your organization nor key personnel have been suspended, banned, or had registration revoked by the NDIS Commission.

Committed to transparency

You agree to answer detailed questions about governance, compliance, service delivery, and operational practices.

Agree to public profile

All information provided (except sensitive data) will be published on the DSX platform to help participants make informed choices.
